LYF (Love Your Friends) is a youth-driven nonprofit founded in 2024 by two friends, Harry and James, after the heartbreaking loss of a close friend to suicide at just 17. Our mission is to break the silence around youth mental health by fostering real conversations, building support systems, and spreading love through community and awareness. We believe that every young person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. At LYF, we’re here to remind you: you are not alone — love your friends, love yourself.

All of Love Your Friends profits will be donated to a variety of different charities that support adolescent suicide prevention, like the Jed Foundation and the Northern Westchester Hospital.
